1. Nature of the Portal

This TA/OT Automation Portal is a Private Utility Tool developed personally to help railway staff calculate their TA/OT easily. This is NOT an official website of Indian Railways or the Government of India.

2. Data Privacy (What we collect)

To automate calculations and generate PDF forms, we only collect basic job-related details:

• Name, Designation, and PF Number
• Basic Pay, DA, TPTA, and Pay Level
• Duty timings, train numbers, and station details

✅ Assurance: This portal will NEVER ask for your Bank Account Number, Aadhaar, PAN Card, or any OTP. There is absolutely zero risk of financial fraud here.

3. Security & Limitation of Liability

We put our best technical efforts into keeping your data secure (using database protection and password encryption). However, in the world of IT, no system is 100% 'hack-proof'. While we try our best, the developer of this portal will NOT be legally or personally liable for any unexpected cyber-attacks, server crashes, or data leaks.

4. Password Security

For your own safety, please create a NEW and unique password here. Do NOT use your real HRMS, UMID, or personal email passwords. Never share your password with anyone.

5. User Responsibility

This software attempts to calculate TA/OT accurately as per railway rules (104 hours, 35-minute rounding, etc.). However, you must verify your duties and calculations manually before submitting the printed hard copy to the office. The developer is not responsible for any typing mistakes or rejected bills.

6. Data Deletion

Your data is in your control. You can permanently delete your old TA or OT entries from your dashboard at any time. The admin may also clear very old records periodically to maintain system performance.
