📖 User Manual & Help Guide

A simple guide on how to fill your TA and OT forms correctly.

✅ Step 1: Registration & Login

  • Create your account using your PF Number. Fill in your Basic Pay, DA, and TPTA correctly because Gross Salary is auto-calculated.
  • Wait for the Admin to approve your account. Once approved, login using your PF Number and Password.

🚄 Step 2: How to Fill TA (Traveling Allowance)

  • Go to the TA Dashboard and click on + New TA Claim.
  • Select the Start Date and your Train Number. If your train is not in the list, select Custom Entry.
  • The system will auto-fill the train timings. You can add extra duties (like OD) by clicking the "+" button.
  • Verify the timings and click Save. To print the form, go to Print TA Form and select the month.

⏱️ Step 3: How to Fill OT (Overtime)

Filling OT is a two-step process:

  1. 14-Day Roster: First, click on Roster Duty, select your fortnight start date, and auto-fill your planned schedule.
  2. Actual Duty: Next, click on Actual Duty, select the same date, and fill what duties you actually performed (e.g., trains getting late, extra ODs).

Note: Always fill the Roster first, then the Actual Duty!

🖨️ Step 4: Printing Forms & Late Certificates

  • Go to Print OT Form or Print TA Form.
  • Select your Fortnight or Month.
  • If your train was late, you can dynamically add Late Certificates directly on the print page before generating the PDF.
  • Click Generate, review your sheet, and click the green Print button.
